I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach based in North Carolina, working with people who want to get stronger, move better, and build habits that last.

Through Reiman Wellness, I provide in-person and hybrid coaching focused on individualized training, sustainable nutrition, and long-term progress — not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programs. My approach blends evidence-based principles with real-world application, helping clients improve performance, body composition, and confidence without extremes.

With extensive experience coaching a wide range of clients and multiple professional certifications, I emphasize structure, accountability, and adaptability. Every program is built around the individual, their goals, and their lifestyle — so progress is realistic, repeatable, and sustainable.
